The successful candidate will report to the Winemaker and be responsible for: *the entire winemaking process, blending and stabilisation of wine *coordination of harvest activities *quality control *inventory management *SAWIS & IPW documentation *cellar hygiene *all other functions related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture/Oenology; • Minimum 2 years' winemaking experience, ideally including some harvests abroad; • Strong computer skills (MS Office, WineMS); • Experience with IPW & SAWIS will be advantageous; • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); • Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
