Senior Cellar Hand The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual and a team player who will assist with the smooth running of the production area. Previous experience as well as SKOP 3 training, knowledge of winemaking processes and a valid forklift driver’s licence are requirements for the post. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • assisting in all harvest-related activities in the cellar • filtering, blending and stabilisation of wines • general cleanliness of the cellar • racking of barrels • filling and emptying of barrels • assisting on the bottling line during bottling • all other tasks normally associated with the position.
