Our client, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines, with operations in Paarl, Franschhoek and Riebeek Valley, has an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller based at their warehouse, situated outside Paarl. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven individual with excellent administrative skills and the ability to coordinate and proactively control bottled and dry goods stock movements. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager and be responsible for (but not limited to): *scheduling and leading stock take activities *undertaking periodic stock verifications *reporting on stock variations *coordinating stock receiving and allocate where stock is stored *recordkeeping and reporting related to stock control *stock control and purchasing of dry goods *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • Minimum 2 years' relevant stock management experience, ideally in a warehouse environment; • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel); • Knowledge of SAWIS will be advantageous; • Own reliable transport.
