The ideal candidate is a positive, diligent, organised, and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities will include: *certification of wine *cellar administration *IPW *stock management *ad hoc marketing of wine in tasting room and local area *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous and/or approximately 2 years' experience in a similar role in the wine industry; • Knowledge of relevant quality control systems, SAWIS certification & general wine process knowledge highly advantageous; • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel); • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans); • Own reliable transport.
