The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in the wine industry, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall sales performance of Bruce Jack Wines in South Africa and SADC countries. This includes setting and achieving sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives/distributors. Key Performance Areas will include: *Brand Management: representing the company locally & internationally, customer relationship management, collaborating with the Marketing Team on campaigns *Key Account Management: establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in national key accounts *Sales and Distribution: developing and executing sales strategies & reporting, liaising with Supply Chain Team on stock management, market research & analysis for business development *Budgeting: budget management across all channels, quarterly & annual reporting, monitoring & analysing sales performance data & making recommendations for improvements. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Degree in business or a related field; • At least 10 years' relevant experience in the wine industry; • Proven track record of success in sales; • Strong computer literacy (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license.
