The Waitrose Foundation (SA), with their office situated in Stellenbosch, has the above position available for an Impact Manager. The Waitrose Foundation (SA) endeavors to improve the standards of living of Agri-workers employed by fresh produce Growers supplying to Waitrose and its supply partners in Southern Africa. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, creative leader with expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Management & Measurement, and Impact Management frameworks, that aim to help Waitrose's clients/partners and delivers measures and evaluations of the impact of social projects and programs. The Impact Manager will be responsible for measuring and demonstrating to external audiences the Foundation’s impact through its work in communities. The incumbent of this exciting role will create and provide the required data for annual publications such as the Quarterly, Annual, and Topical reports required by the Board of the Foundation and Waitrose & Partners in the UK. Responsibilities will include: *strategic planning *framework development *monitoring and evaluation *stakeholder liaison *client management *team management *mentorship *analysis *reporting and recommendations *administration *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Post graduate qualification in Social Sciences (M&E focus area); • Minimum 5 year’s in performance monitoring and/or an evaluation role with development organizations or sustainability-oriented organisations; OR • Approximately 10 years' experience in program strategy, research, measurement andevaluation, preferably with a not-for-profit or donor organisation; • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
