The successful candidate is a strong leader that will maintain relationships with clients, increase staff productivity, improve service delivery, ensure sustainability and take accountability for meeting overall business objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Shareholders and be responsible for the following: *General oversight and management of all key areas of the farm *Annual strategy, budgeting and reporting to Shareholders *Personnel management *Overall brand and client management *Manage the financial function, including accounting and meeting relevant statutory requirements *Human resource management *Project management *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant financial qualification; • Completed articles (SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA) will be beneficial; • Approximately 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role; • Strong commercial acumen and leadership abilities.
