Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or similar (Commerce/Marketing qualification advantageous); • 4-5 years' experience in a similar role (restaurant/tasting room environment), including experience in a management capacity; • Proven experience in P&L management, sales building, A&P management, cost of goods control and stock management; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office & POS systems); • Own reliable transport.
