NexusAG currently has the above vacancy for a strategic and analytical person with a combination of well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an agricultural background. The person must have excellent business and human relations skills and must be able to work independently, and function successfully under pressure. A relevant tertiary qualification (Honours level / Master’s in Business Administration / Financial Management / Agriculture) and minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in a similar position are the minimum requirements for the position; a qualification in Agriculture will strengthen the candidate's application. The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors and responsibilities include, among others: • Develop and manage a business strategy, along-term operational plan, and budget in cooperation with the Board of Directors; • Overall financial management; • Increase long-term shareholder value by developing and implementing strategic projects; • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance; • Represent the Nexus brand on all relevant platforms; • Overhead sales and marketing strategy management; • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders; • Manage and develop human resources; • Ensuring infrastructure and capacity planning; • Ensure business development, which includes expanding existing markets as well as establishing new markets.
