The ideal candidate must have good problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for: *Manage marketing and further development of TopFruit’s established brands (B2C) and business units (B2B) in terms of planning, strategy, brand guidelines, and execution *Compiling and managing marketing budgets per brand *Overseeing social media campaign implementation *Coordination and management of personnel involved in the management of specific brands *Interaction with all stakeholders *All other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Brand Management; • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing/brand management role; • Previous background in the deciduous fruit industry (advantageous); • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint); • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English); • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport; • Willingness to travel within South Africa and internationally.
