The incumbent will mainly be responsible for DTC sales management & networking, as well as DTC strategy development, design & implementation. Key performance areas will include: Channel development & growth:*co-development, implementation, structuring and management of a new generation platform as well as 3rd party e-commerce platforms to stimulate DTC sales across various channels *establishing, implementing and managing a dynamic boutique hospitality destination that delivers extended wine-related revenue streams from various events and complimentary food/services. Marketing Support: *assist with content generation/development of promotional material in collaboration with service providers *ensure consumer engagement via events, social media, etc. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Degree or similar in Sales and Marketing Management; • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the wine industry; • Knowledge of social media and consumer engagement platforms; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license.
