Our client, an IT services and solutions provider situated in Paarl, has the above vacancy available. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Installation of new computer systems and solutions • Training of customers on installed computer systems and software programs • Support, troubleshoot and resolution of call outs relating to installed software programs and hardware on customers’ site • Finding solutions and adapting software for best use within customer environment • All other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Grade 12 and a tertiary IT qualification (N+ and A+); • Approximately 2 years’ experience in IT as a Field Technician; • Windows networking experience; • Excellent problem-solving skills; • Valid driver’s license.
