Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this is a service role supporting the operational units and Finance leadership in the pursuit of international best practice, with the following responsibilities: *maintenance of financial data in the accounting system and related apps *management of data capturing processes (manual and automated) *costings and variance analysis and reporting *support with budgeting processes *investigate and report on budget variances *capex modelling, costing, reporting and maintenance of fixed assets records *assistance with tax calculations and records, specifically related to fixed assets *audit support *management reporting *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • BCom Accounting degree or similar qualification & completed CIMA articles; • 3-5 years’ post-article experience; • Excellent interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English); • Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps); • Experience in the agricultural sector will be to the candidate's advantage.
