The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *developing and implementing SOP-based asset maintenance through holistic management *setting up Operational Management Structure with necessary team selection for centralized and decentralized workshops and technical staff *mobilization of workforce to ensure aligned priorities, focus and preparedness *driving lean management and operational efficiency *ensuring high quality standards *driving Pragma Maintenance Management Software coordinated with condition monitoring *aligning with advisors to ensure international best practices *integrating with cross functional internal and external technicians *maintaining technical training and development *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Relevant qualification; • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position with proven operational experience; • Excellent interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English); • Must physically be healthy and have the ability to physically carry out tasks at hand; • Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance as and when needed; • Excellent computer skills (MS Office); • Drivers license and own reliable transport.
