Our client, a medium sized, well-established construction company in the commercial construction industry in Paarl (Western Cape), has a position available for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys a hands-on approach and being involved in projects from start to finish. The incumbent will be responsible for estimating, contract negotiation, and evaluation of works, cost analysis, submission of final accounts, and all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • BSc QS Degree or (similar qualification); • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role; • Professional registration with SACQSP will be beneficial; • Knowledge of CCS & MS Office; • Professional proficiency in English (proficiency in Afrikaans advantageous); • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
