M3 Human Capital Management, a well-established HR consulting firm based in Paarl, is looking for an HR Consultant with excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong client orientation as well as the ability to function independently. This is a new role due to ongoing business growth. The main focus of the role will be to provide face to face and remote consulting services to our clients ranging across various industries (with a primary focus on the agricultural industry). Key performance areas will include: *Advising on BCEA and LRA queries *Implementing disciplinary processes *Developing and adapting HR contracts and policies *Conducting full recruitment function in conjunction with clients *Processing and submission of Annual Training Report/Workplace Skills Plan and Employment Equity Plans *Compiling job descriptions and performance agreements *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • BCom/BA Degree in Human Resources or related field; • 3-5 years' relevant experience; • Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle; • Willingness to travel to clients; • Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans (proficiency in isiXhosa will be highly beneficial); • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
