This is a new client facing role, due to ongoing business growth. The main focus of the role will be to provide specialised HR consulting services to our clients across a range of industries, with a primary focus in agriculture. The incumbent will provide services to clients focused on the following: *Advising on BCEA and LRA queries *Implementing disciplinary processes *Developing and adapting HR contracts and policies *Conducting full recruitment function in conjunction with clients *Processing and submission of Annual Training Report/Workplace Skills Plan and Employment Equity Plan *Compiling job descriptions and performance agreements *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Degree in Human Resources or related field; • 3-5 years' post tertiary qualification experience; • Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle; • Willingness to travel to clients; • Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans (proficiency in isiXhosa will be highly beneficial); • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
