Lutzville Vineyards, situated on the West Coast Wine Route, has the above position available for a dynamic, independent individual with excellent administrative skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work accurately in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and fulfil a supporting role. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *liaison with clients regarding samples, orders, queries, etc. *receiving and processing orders *export administration & liaison with relevant internal parties and freight forwarders *provide sales & stock reports to EXCO members *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required (a relevant tertiary qualification would be to the candidate’s advantage); • Approximately 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role in the wine industry; • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English); • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office); • Own reliable transport.
