Profile Feeds, situated in the Klapmuts area, has the above opportunity for an energetic, proactive, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills. The candidate will primarily be responsible for assisting the Mixing Line Operator in the preparation of the recipes as received. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *stock recordings *prevention & reporting of contamination *handling of bin inventory/raw materials *obtaining of medication as per schedule received from the weighbridge *executing instructions *following of Material Request Procedure with regard to stock *Add by Hand (ABH) to be made up when required *maintaining a neat and clean work area and machinery *forklift operation and checking when maintenance is needed*all other tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Basic reading and writing skills; • Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role, especially with factory machinery; • Valid forklift license / willingness to attend training; • Must be able to lift bags up to 50kg on a regular basis; • Must be prepared to work shifts and overtime.
