Rhebokskloof Wine Estate, located in Agter Paarl (Western Cape) has the above six (6)-week contract position available for an individual with the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure. The position requires excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English) to liaise with customers and warehousing agents. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *processing of local sales orders & online sales *processing of invoices, credit notes and stock transfers *liaison with warehouses for delivery of online sales and local sales orders *liaison with warehouses to ensure warehouses have sufficient inventories and to liaise with delivery companies for delivery *stock transfers *all other tasks relevant to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required; • Approximately 2 years' experience in a similar position; • Excellent computer literacy (Pastel & MS Office, especially Excel); • Own reliable transport.
