Rhebokskloof Wine Estate, located in Agter Paarl (Western Cape) is looking for a driven team player with excellent time-management, planning & organisational skills. The ideal candidate has the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure. The position requires excellent logistical & communication skills (Afrikaans & English) to liaise with suppliers, shipping agents & overseas clients. Duties will include (but not limited to): *export sales orders acceptance & client liaison *logistics of export orders *month-end stock count management *create and distribute up-to-date shipping and inventory information to all channels *bill of material & production management on Pastel *thorough communication of bottling specifications & customer requirements *dry stock management *handling of export documentation *receiving & processing of local and international sales orders *preparation and submission of SAWIS/customs & excise returns *liaison with outside warehouses with respect to stock counts and management of variances *all other logistics, sales & export tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role relating to an exports, logistics, inventory management, sales & procurement environment; • Knowledge of SAWIS & compliance regulations; • Strong computer skills (Pastel & MS Office, especially Excel); • Experience in workflow designs/creation of logistics systems will be advantageous; • Own reliable transport.
