The Financial Manager shall be responsible for financial, risk management, audit, and administrative operations of the company to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for: *cash flow & accounts management *budget management *management of audit requirements *full tax management *financial reporting *strategic planning *driving the B-BBEE strategy *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Qualified as CA (SA) or completed SAIPA articles; • 5-8 years' relevant experience, including experience in a managerial role; • Good understanding of the Companies Act of South Africa and its implications on the company's operations; • Strong computer literacy (MS Office & Sage X3); • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans).
