Beck Family Estates (Pty) Ltd, is looking for an experienced Head of Exports to manage relationships with agents, importers, and distributors of Graham Beck and Steenberg in all international markets (excluding Africa and Indian Ocean Islands). The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, combined with the communication- and interpersonal abilities to build relationships, negotiate and network across cultural and demographic differences. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Identifying, developing, and growing new and existing markets *International sales, pricing and brand strategy per customer/market *Monitoring changing trends and market indicators *Managing and attending international shows *Monitor income, expenditure and sales in line with budget *Reporting *all other tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification; • 6-8 years experience in a similar role; • Understanding of SA wine positioning in the international market; • Knowledge of brands, customers, and consumer marketing in international markets; • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI experience will be advantageous; • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
