Our client, a leading fruit exporter situated in Paarl (Western Cape), has a position available for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate has strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, while maintaining high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for: *Export documentation *Logistics planning, instructions, and documentation *Stock control (export & local) *Systems and DiPAR coordination and administration *Develop, set-up and integration of reports (within logistics and broader environment) *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous); • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the fruit industry; • Knowledge & experience with DiPAR and other IT/reporting systems utilised in the fruit industry; • Excellent computer proficiency (specifically Microsoft Excel); • Willingness to work after hours during peak season (Nov - March); • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
