The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Assist manager in farming practices *Assist manager in labour issues/tasks *Assist manager in irrigation schedule *Do orchards monitoring *Install new irrigation and water systems *Basic farm maintenance especially on irrigation and water systems *Handle fertilizer and spraying instructions *Do deliveries and pick-ups *Transport employees to and from the workplace *All other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Matric required; • Must have excellent knowledge of farming; • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar farm supervisory position; • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Valid drivers' license (Code 10 or EC) and own reliable transport; • Willingness to work hours as per industry requirements, including weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
