Our client, a leading provider of integrated business solutions, has a position available at their office in Paarl for an HR Officer with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The incumbent will report to the Financial Director and will be responsible for: *coordination of recruitment & selection *organising training & development initiatives *maintaining HR policies *company compliance to legislative requirements *administration of personnel records * maintaining the performance management system*reconciliation of salaries & leave *payroll *general HR tasks *all other administrative tasks relating to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field;
• 3 years' experience in a similar position;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Labour legislation knowledge;
• Advanced administrative & computer skills (specifically Excel);
• Valid license & own transport.
