NexusAG (Paarl, Western Cape), a leading supplier of value-added crop solutions, currently has the above-mentioned vacancy for a confident, energetic, dynamic and organized person, who has the ability to emit a professional corporate image, as well as proven reception and office administration knowledge, to join their team.

The successful candidate should have well-developed interpersonal-, verbal- and written- communication skills (in English and Afrikaans), natural numerical abilities, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The incumbent will report to the Human Resource Manager and responsibilities will include: *Handling reception and switchboard *Diary management and arranging appointments *Booking of meeting rooms and arranging meetings, training and functions *Sending out notices of meetings *Coordination of facilities and office resources *Typing and distributing documents *Tracking of and providing essential information/documentation *Managing stationery and other office supplies *All other administrative tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• An appropriate tertiary qualification in reception and office administration;
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
