A relevant qualification: BSc (Agric) Oenology or BSC (Food Sc.), Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, experience in Food Safety and the OSH Act compliance in the wine industry will be in the applicants favor but it is not a prerequisite for this position The successful candidate will report to the Director Operational Risk & Safety and his/her responsibilities will include the following: * manage the overall product risk for Accolade in South Africa * team leader and management representative * product compliance and traceability compliance * service provider compliance to industry standards and legislation and all other administrative tasks associated with the position.
