African Leather & Skins, located in Paarl, currently has the above opportunity available for a driven individual with superb administrative and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English) that can communicate well with people at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Handling of incoming calls from clients *Handling of local orders and ensuring that deliveries are made timeously by the driver *Liaison with couriers regarding deliveries *Arrangement of permits for local and international orders *Issuing of invoices and statements to clients *Monthly reconciliations *Handling of deliveries from suppliers *Assist with marketing in terms of sending samples to potential clients *Assistance to walk-in customers *Monthly stocktaking *Following up with debtors *Handling of petty cash *all other tasks associated with the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric (Grade 12) is required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage;
• Approximately 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office and Pastel Evolution);
• Own reliable transport.

Commencement of duties: As soon as possible.
