Responsibilities will include: *complete detailed drawings *create architectural drawings based on building specifications *visit construction sites *analyse building specifications *prepare drawings for municipal submissions *develop electrical and structural designs *produce detailed drawings using Revit *prepare full colour drawings and scale models to present to clients *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting/Interior Design; • Min 2-5 years relevant experience; • Exceptional drafting skills; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Own Transport with relevant driver’s license; • Interest in Architecture, Interior + Furniture design and the construction industry.
