Our client, a wine estate situated in the scenic Stellenbosch Winelands, has the above position available for an experienced Guest House Coordinator with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, combined with a love for animals. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *overseeing staff *assisting with guest house operations *coordination of upkeep relating to facilities and gardens *ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality & making required purchases *guest relations *ad hoc hospitality assistance to owners *all other duties relating to overseeing of facilities and guest experience standards. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, including a solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices; • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport; • Willingness to work flexible hours as and when needed.
