Imali Express, a leader in Forex trading with branches across SA, is looking to appoint a Revenue Accountant, based at their head office in Paarl, Western Cape. The ideal candidate is a detailed, analytical, driven individual with excellent accounting knowledge, the ability to work under pressure, and superb interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English). The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Perform company accounting operations and determine revenues and related expenditures *Perform financial planning, analysis and reporting activities in collaboration with accounting team *Determine revenue forecast and perform revenue analysis and calculation *Prepare accounting records and financial reports as per company standards *Provide financial expertise based on company financial commitments and forecasts *Perform reconciliations of account receivables and payables (revenue channels) *Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations *Work in compliance with company accounting standards and guidelines *Reporting to management on revenue, expenditure and account reconciliation *Perform record-keeping of all financial operations *Identify and resolve outstanding balances *all other general and administrative tasks relevant to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • BCom Accounting degree or similar, preferably with completed SAICA articles; • Minimum 5 years' related financial management/revenue accounting experience (previous financial accounting exposure in preparation of management accounts and financial statements preferred); • Excellent computer proficiency (accounting software and MS Office, specifically Excel advanced); • Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
