Our client, a wine and fruit farm (111ha) situated in the Stellenbosch area, currently has the above position available for a proactive, practically inclined individual with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English) to convey instructions effectively. The ideal candidate can work independently, has superb organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner/Farm Manager and be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: *staff management *handling of orders *handling of health & safety aspects *handling of wage register *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required; • Minimum 3-5 years’ practical farm supervisory experience; • Valid driver’s license; • Willingness to work hours as per industry requirements.
