Our client, an agency of NexusAG, based in Citrusdal (Western Cape), currently has the above-mentioned vacancy for an analytical, dynamic and organized individual with a combination of well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure. Responsibilities include: *Recordkeeping of technical and production information *Analysis, integration and presentation of technical information *Liaison and communication with producers, suppliers and other stakeholders *Support and coordination of technological initiatives, trials, pest control, inspections, etc. *Financial processing, administration, and other relevant tasks to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant tertiary BSc qualification in Agricultural Science; • A systematic, professional approach and logical thinking with regard to problem solving; • Driver's license and reliable transport; • Willingness to work overtime during peak season; • A completed AVCASA course, and knowledge and/or experience in technical aspects of citrus, proteas, stone fruit and rooibos tea production will be to the candidate's advantage; • Previous experience in a similar position in the agricultural sector will be to the candidate's advantage.
