The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Technical Division and responsibilities will include: *Direct and regular liaison with all role players (including clients, agents, suppliers and industry institutions) *Providing technical advice and support to clients and agents *Development of crop-protection programs *Guidance regarding research and product development *Technical training *Market research *Strategic development *All administrative tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Postgraduate tertiary qualification (BSc Hons/MSc Soil Science and/or Horticulture); • Approximately 5 years' relevant experience in farming/services/consultation; • Candidates with good soil science and plant nutrition background preferred.
