Vinimark Trading (Pty), a wine wholesale company with their Head Office based in Stellenbosch, currently has the abovementioned position available in their Export Logistics Department for a candidate with strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy. This is a challenging position which requires excellent logistical and communication skills (English) to liaise with producers, shipping agents and overseas clients. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *logistical control *overseeing the planning of goods purchases *all aspects regarding the handling of export documentation *receiving and processing of orders *liaising with local and international clients and agents *invoicing *all other administrative tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a shipping, freight-forwarding or export logistics environment; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel); • Knowledge of Syspro system advantageous; • Own reliable transport.
