Waterkloof Wine Estate, a premier wine estate based in Somerset West, is currently recruiting for an experienced candidate with strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy. This exciting role requires high levels of energy whilst being meticulous in admin, logistics and export documentation. This position requires excellent logistical and communication skills (Afrikaans & English) to liaise with producers, shipping agents and overseas clients. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *export sales orders acceptance and communication with local and international clients *logistics of export orders *responsible for client communication *planning of bottling runs and sales forecasting *thorough communication of bottling specifications and customer requirements *dry stock management *procurement of stock *stock planning between bottling and warehouse *all aspects regarding the handling of export documentation *receiving and processing of orders *understanding of SAWIS/Customs *all other logistics, sales and exports tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: •Matric required, a relevant post matric qualification will be advantageous; • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role relating to an exports, logistics or sales and procurement environment; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel); • Own reliable transport.
