Lutzville Vineyards, situated on the West Coast Wine Route, currently has a position available for a Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate is a detailed, driven team player with excellent accounting knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English), and has the ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Financial Accountant and will be responsible for (but not limited to): • Account receivables • Credit checks and managing of trade cover • VAT and Excise returns • Stock control function • Monthly closing and reconciliations • All ad hoc financial functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • BCom Accounting or similar tertiary qualification; • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position required, experience in the wine industry will be to the candidate's advantage; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, EzyWine will be advantageous).
