JUNIOR FARM MANAGER Our client, with its picturesque wine estate in the Franschhoek Valley, needs a bilingual Junior Farm Manager with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and about 2 to 3 years. A tertiary agricultural qualification will be to the applicant\\\'s advantage but is not a requirement. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and be responsible for the overall management function including the following duties: • planting new vineyards • fertilization • disease and pest control • pruning programme * preparation of grapes • weed control • general maintenance of the estate\\\'s gardens, lawns and open spaces * daily horticulture related duties • personnel management • administration • budget management • maintenance management • all other tasks related to the position.
