Our client, a well-established wine estate, based in the prestigious Stellenbosch wine growing region, is currently seeking to employ a Creditors Clerk. The successful candidate must be well organised, an excellent communicator, who can work accurately under pressure and has a strong sense of finances. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: handling of invoices *following up on outstanding documents *linking information with orders, receipts and going through prices and quotes *monthly reconciliations *setting up of and loading bank payments *capturing of information on Sage Evolution *ad hoc administrative, HR and financial functions related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Senior Certificate (Matric); • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position; • Computer literacy; • Previous experience with Sage Evolution will be advantageous; • Own reliable transport; • Accurate recordkeeping skills.
