The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *general management *management of production processes *marketing *coordination of harvest activities *the entire winemaking process *blending and stabilization of wine *liaison with grape producers *management of food safety and quality control systems *inventory management and product administration *cellar staff management *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology; • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar position; • Excellent computer proficiency; • Valid driver's license.
