The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the packhouse optimally to ensure costs, productivity, and quality standards are adhered to, including: *Production planning *Maintaining regulatory and quality standards *Optimal management of production line *Optimal technology usage *Management of risks *Manage packhouse budget *Personnel management *and all other related tasks and activities. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification; • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role; • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Advanced computer literacy (experience working on Vitrax advantageous).
