The successful candidate should be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English), well-organised, enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated. The ability to work in a team, drive exceptional customer service and experience, as well as have extensive wine knowledge and a passion for wine sales, with a pro-active approach to exceed sales targets are further pre-requisites for the role. Responsibilities will include: *Management of loyalty club & VIP database *Plan, coordinate & attend loyalty club events across SA *Generate sales via various platforms *Develop innovative strategies to drive sales & increase membership *Coordinate delivery of wine orders *Represent the brand at various events & present exceptional tasting experiences *Compile & manage budget of loyalty club *Procurement of merchandise *and all other duties relevant to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification; • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales role; • Excellent Excel skills; • Numerical & budgeting skills; • Knowledge of EzyWine & Shopify will be beneficial.
