uniWines Vineyards, with their office located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region, currently has the above contract-position available for a person with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English). The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to): *coordination of harvest activities *blending and stabilization of wine *inventory control *health & safety management *the winemaking process with winemaker *personnel management *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture & Oenology; • Relevant experience will be to the candidate's advantage; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license.
