A relevant qualification BSc (Agric) Oenology and Viticulture, appropriate computer skills (JDE & Wine MS) and experience in Food Safety and OSH Act admin are pre requisites The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and his/her responsibilities will include the following: * manage the overall product risk for AWSA * team leader and management representative * product compliance and traceability system compliance * service provider compliance to industry standards and legislation and all other administrative tasks associated with the position.
