Incanda Furniture, located in Paarl, currently has the above opportunity available for a driven individual with superb administrative and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English) that can communicate well with people at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *daily running of reception *handling telephone enquiries *client liaison *placing of client orders and tracking on system *administrative duties and all other tasks associated with the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric (Grade 12) is required, an appropriate tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist position;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Own reliable transport;
• Must be willing to work every second Saturday.
