Admin & HR Officer (Wine Industry)

Slanghoek Cellar, situated in the picturesque Slanghoek Valley, has the above vacancy available for a proactive, organised individual with excellent planning and communication skills (Afrikaans & English).

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties related to HR and financial admin, including: *handling employment contracts*preparation for and handling of ethical audits in collaboration with management *liaison with internal & external stakeholders *handling of personnel admin (leave, policies, etc) *coordinate, arrange and present training (internal & external) *handling of admin related to personnel meetings *handling of SETA & BEE admin *control & payment of wages*assist with financial admin, debtors and creditors *handling statutory admin (IPW, Department of Labour, WIETA, SAWIS, etc) *all other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous);
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position (experience with ethical systems and audits will be advantageous);
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
• Valid drivers’ license and own reliable transport.
