A consultancy company, situated in Paarl, is looking for a dynamic, presentable individual with superb administrative and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans and English) that can communicate well with people at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *daily running of reception *handling telephone enquiries *general administration *ensure overall cleanliness of client areas *all other administrative duties and tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric (Grade 12) is required, an appropriate tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage;
• Approximately 1-2 years' experience in a similar position;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
• Own reliable transport.

(Contract period: As soon as possible – 15 December 2021)
