The ability to lead a team, drive exceptional customer service and experience, as well as have extensive wine knowledge and a passion for wine sales, with a pro-active approach to exceed sales targets are further pre-requisites for the role. Responsibilities will include: *Management of wine hosts (scheduling, salaries, appointments, etc.) *Wine host training *Daily cash-ups & reconcile payment methods *Inventory management *Wines sales *Present exceptional tasting experiences *Present off-site tastings *Planning of tasting room events *Develop innovative ways to drive sales *Maintain an up to date tasting menu *Compile & manage budget of tasting room *Procurement of merchandise and all other duties relevant to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification; • Minimum of 3 years' experience, including managing a team; • Advanced Excel skills; • Knowledge of EzyWine will be beneficial.
