Incanda Furniture, located in Paarl, currently has the above opportunity available for a reliable, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal (Afrikaans & English), administrative, time-management, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail and can work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects related to movement of stock between the different factory departments, storage warehouses and the different stores. Tasks will include (but not be limited to): *maintaining the stock management system *ensure all relevant documentation & recordkeeping is up to date *placing of orders *invoicing *weekly & monthly stocktaking *ensure neatness and order in the stores are maintained *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Grade 12 (Matric) is required, a relevant tertiary qualification would be to the candidate’s advantage; • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing/factory environment; • Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and suppliers; • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel); • Driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
